FIGS on Jarretts Lane, in Kangaroo Valley, is conveniently located, about 2 hours drive from both Sydney and Canberra.
Once you are in Kangaroo Valley, you are within easy reach of the historic towns of Berry and Bowral, as well as the coastal villages of the Shoalhaven.
The magnificent Seven Mile Beach and Jervis Bay, with the whitest sands in the world, are just a leisurely drive away.
Driving Directions
to FIGS on Jarretts Lane
Please Note: Because the driving directions, provided by Google Maps, may be inaccurate or confusing, we recommend that you use the directions, provided below. Please let us know if you have any problems with these directions.
FROM SYDNEY, via the M5 Motorway, the Hume Highway, Bowral & Fitzroy Falls.
- Continue along the M5 until you reach Campbelltown. Just past Campbelltown, the M5 becomes the Hume Highway.
- Travel along the Hume Highway for approx. 53 km. Then take the Mittagong/Bowral exit ramp, on the left. This will bring you onto the Old Hume Highway.
- Continue on the Old Hume Highway for approx. 7km until you reach the traffic lights in the centre of Mittagong.
- At the traffic lights, take the left fork onto Bowral Road.
- Bowral Road takes you into Bowral, where it becomes Bong Bong Road.
- Travel through Bowral, along Bong Bong Road. At the end of the Bowral CBD, turn left onto Kangaloon Road.
- After about 9km, take the right fork, from Kangaloon Road, onto Sheepwash Road.
- Travel along Sheepwash Road, for about 6km, until you come to the Illawarra Highway. Cross the Illawarra Highway and continue on for a further 7.6km. At this point, you will have reached the junction of Sheepwash Road and Nowra Road.
- Turn Left onto Nowra Road and travel through Fitzroy Falls. Continue on for another 16.5km, into Kangaroo Valley. (Just past Fitzroy Falls, Nowra Road becomes Moss Vale Road).
- About 200 metres past the end of the CBD of Kangaroo Valley, turn right into Jarretts Lane - you're almost home!
- FIGS is 2.25km along Jarretts Lane, on the left hand side.
FROM SYDNEY, via Wollongong, Kiama and Berry
- Traveling south, out of Sydney, along the Princes Highway, pass through Wollongong and Kiama.
- Near the southern end of Berry Township, turn right into Kangaroo Valley Road.
- Continue along Kangaroo Valley Road for approx 7.1km.
- Turn left into Tourist Road. Continue along Tourist Road for approx 7.8km.
- Take the right hand fork onto Moss Vale Road and continue down the mountain for approx. 9 km to the outskirts of Kangaroo Valley village.
- About 200 metres before you arrive in the Kangaroo Valley CBD, turn left into Jarretts Lane.
- FIGS is 2.25km along Jarretts Lane, on the left hand side.
FROM CANBERRA, via Goulburn, Moss Vale & Fitzroy Falls
- Traveling north east, out of Canberra, along the Federal Highway, continue on until you join the Hume Highway, just south of Yarra.
- Continue along the Hume Highway, by-passing Goulburn and on to Marulan.
- Approx 27.9km past Marulan, turn right onto the Illawarra Highway.
- Continue along the Illawarra Highway, for 12.6km to Moss Vale.
- Pass through Moss Vale, until you reach the first roundabout.
- Turn right at the roundabout and continue along the Illawarra Highway for another 10.3km until you reach the intersection of the Illawarra Highway and Sheepwash Road.
- Turn right at Sheepwash Road and continue for 7.6km until you reach the junction of Sheepwash Road and Nowra Road.
- Turn Left onto Nowra Road and travel through Fitzroy Falls. Continue on for another 16.5km, into Kangaroo Valley. (Just past Fitzroy Falls, Nowra Road becomes Moss Vale Road).
- About 200 metres past the end of the CBD of Kangaroo Valley, turn right into Jarretts Lane - you're almost home!
